IN-Season Flag Skills Academy
Flag skills Academy
The Perfect Performance Flag Football Academy gives players a chance to develop their game and football skills during the season. This is ideal for flag football players of all levels who want to develop their skills and knowledge of the game.
Each session will be 75 minutes led by current college players or coaches that have at least played college football or currently coach high school football.
By participating in the Perfect Performance Flag Skills Academy, athletes will:
Learn and develop necessary fundamentals and skills needed for flag football
Focus on skill development in a non-contact environment
Learn coverage techniques, route running, passing, and catching in a game-like atmosphere
