You will make your payment at the time of registration, or your payment plan payments per the payment schedule required, if applicable. If you have not paid the payments as agreed upon, Perfect Performance NOVA has the right to suspend your athlete's participation in the Perfect Performance program. We ask that you make the required payments on schedule to continue the smooth operations of the program.

The refund policy for any Perfect Performance NFL Flag program to include the following:
We create our budget based on the number of committed and registered athletes we have in each program and with all fees and expenses in mind. Each age level has a fee structure on par with the degree of coaching and development for that age level. All fees include practices, training, games/tournaments, coaches pay/expenses, equipment and administrative/operational fees, as applicable for each program. Thus, NO REFUNDS will be given to families for any reason. Program credits will be given based on the following reasons:

- If your athlete sustains an injury documented by a medical doctor, we will offer a credit for future seasons or a training program
- If any part of a Tournament, Training Academy, Clinic, Camp or Event is suspended or canceled for force majeure, Perfect Performance NOVA will act in its best effort to provide services as allowed. However, it will be in the complete prerogative of Perfect Performance NOVA as to how credits will be handled once the tournament, training academy, clinic, camp or event resumes. However, no refunds will be given in this instance.

- Full, or 100%, registration fee refund if requested before jerseys are ordered for the league which occurs two (2) weeks prior to league start
- Half, or 50%, registration fee as a program credit if requested after uniforms are ordered and prior to the 2nd game of the season
- NO REFUNDS after the 2nd game of the season
- If any part of a League season is suspended or canceled for force majeure, the Perfect Performance NOVA will act in its best effort to provide services as allowed. However, it will be in the complete prerogative of Perfect Performance NOVA as to how credits will be handled once the season resumes or for future seasons. However, no refunds will be given in this instance.
