PERFECT PERFORMANCE NFL FLAG - SUMMER LEAGUES
NFL FLAG’s no-contact rule and team-oriented environment makes it easy for kids to come together, learn football fundamentals, and most importantly—have fun! Teams will meet once per week on a weeknight for 2 hours. Practices are 1 hour and take prior to the game. Summer Leagues consist of 6 weeks of games and practices.

Volunteer coaches
If you would like to volunteer as a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Manger, go to the registration for your desired league and select "Register Myself As A Staff Member".
Equipment
Jerseys and Flag belts will be handed out to players at the first game.
Shorts and/or sweatpants without pockets are to be worn during game. Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers.
