PERFECT PERFORMANCE NFL FLAG - WINTER LEAGUES
NFL FLAG’s no-contact rule and team-oriented environment makes it easy for kids to come together, learn football fundamentals, and most importantly—have fun! Teams will meet once per week on Sunday. Practices are 25 minutes and take place during the hour prior to the game. Winter Leagues consist of 6 weeks of games.

Volunteer coaches
If you would like to volunteer as a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Manage go to the registration for your desired league and select "Register myself as a Staff Member"
Equipment
Jerseys and Flag belts will be handed out to players at the first game.
Shorts and/or sweatpants without pockets are to be worn during game. If a participants wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down. Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers.
