NFL FLAG’s no-contact rule and team-oriented environment makes it easy for kids to come together, learn football fundamentals, and most importantly—have fun! Teams will meet once per week on Sunday for a total of 2 hours.

Jerseys and Flag belts will be handed out to players on the First Day at Team Meet & Greet/Practice. If you are unable to attend the meet & greet, we will bring jerseys and flags to the first game.
Shorts and/or sweatpants without pockets are to be worn during game. If a participants wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down. Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers.
